When the auto-engine runs out of available volunteers to add to a specific group, there is an optional setting that will automatically convert that particular group instance to be “sign-up only”. This means that the volunteers who have the appropriate skill for that group will be sent emails asking if they can manually sign up for that event. The option to sign-up can be clicked from the email message or by logging into the platform and going to the Sign-ups page.
